TICKETS: When ordering tickets, they will be delivered as you request when ordering. When ordering within 14 days of the performance you must choose PRINT AT HOME or HOLD AT BOX OFFICE options.
GIFT CARDS: When ordering gift cards, they will be delivered as you request when ordering.
24 HOUR TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY: If for any reason you wish to exchange tickets for a State Theatre-presented event(s), contact the Ticket Office by phone ASAP, but no later than 24 prior to curtain (within ticket office hours). You may exchange your tickets into any other State Theatre-presented event within one year from the date of exchange for a $9 fee. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify you using the contact information you provide upon ticket purchase. Exchanges are not permitted less than 24 hours prior to a performance (within ticket office hours). Exchanges are not permitted for rental events, a.k.a events presented by promoters other than the State Theatre.
TICKET UPGRADES: Based upon availability, ticket upgrades are permitted up until curtain. There is a $9 fee for upgrading, plus any difference in the cost of the upgraded ticket. Call 732-246-SHOW(7469) for more information.
Due to the nature of live performance, all artists, programs, policies, dates, times, prices, and discounts are subject to change (or cancellation) without notice. Discounts cannot be combined and are not retroactive. Gift cards, promotions, discounts, ticket exchanges, and donation policies do not apply to guest attractions unless otherwise specified. All sales are final. No refunds. Please note the time your performance begins. Latecomers, and those who exit during the performance, will be seated at the discretion of the house management.
Tickets purchased online are subject to facility and transaction fees. Even in the event of a cancellation, these fees are not refundable. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket (or baby voucher when applicable) for admission. When picking up tickets please bring your proper ID and the credit card used for this transaction for verification.
